S/SHRI ALEIXO R. LOURENCO AND NILESH CABRAL, MLA's to call the attention of the Health Minister to the following:
"Fear and apprehension in the minds of Goans regarding the fish which is brought to be sold from outside the boundaries of Goa is laced with Formalin. Action the Government has taken to ensure that fish being the staple diet of Goa's local population which has to be free from this carcinogenic substance".

" Fear and anxiety in the minds of the people of Goa on the diversion of Mhadei river water by the Karnataka Government which has impacted the flow of water in the Mandovi river. The flow of water into many water bodies including Barazan and Ladkem have already affected. Even though the matter is pending before the Hon. Supreme Court. The action the Government of Goa proposes to take the diversion issue of Mhadei river by Karnataka Government."

"Fear and anxiety due to great injustice caused to the retired seafarers of Goa specially widows by discontinuing ex-gratia payment by the Seafarers and Welfare Fund Society, Mumbai and that one time lumpsum of Rs. 12,500/- will be paid. Action the Government of Goa will take to urgently convene a joint meeting with the DGS, Mumbai NUSI, Welfare Fund Society and Goan Seamen Association not to discontinue the same but to increase the ex-gratia payment."

"GRAVE ANXIETY IN THE MINDS OF THE PEOPLE OF GOA IN VIEW OF THE DILAPIDATED CONDITION OF SOME OF THE PANCHAYAT GHARS IN GOA. SOME OF THEM EVEN LACKING BASIC AMENITIES LIKE SITTING PLACE, TOILETS AND SHORTAGE OF WORKING PLACE FOR THE PANCHAYAT STAFF. STEPS THE GOVERNMENT WILL TAKE TO REPAIR THE SAME".
