“This House strongly recommends the Government to take up the repair and reconstruction of Chapora Jetty and a detailed project report be prepared in this regards on top priority.”

“Attention of the House is drawn as regards the anxiety in the minds of locals from the Siolim Constituency, as there is a Shortage of drinking water supply to the people of Siolim Constituency. Many households are receiving water supply for very limited hours, while some areas are not receiving any supply at all for days together. This situation has adversely affected daily household activities and has raised serious health and hygiene concerns. The steps the Government intends to restore a regular water supply to Siolim village”.

“Fear and anxiety in the minds of Farmers from Oxel and surrounding  villages that the bund/retaining wall of the River in Oxel Village is in a dilapidated condition and may collapse anytime. In the year 2023,  some parts of the retaining wall collapsed and more than 50 farmers from Oxel and surrounding villages were affected. The steps  Government intends to take and the time frame within which the said work will be completed."

“fear and anxiety in the minds of parents and the commuting students, to the various aided and Government schools, due to sudden stoppage of Bal Rath services, as the Balrath service employees have threatened to go on indefinite strike due to unfulfilled demands. The measure the Government has taken in the matter.”

I would like to draw the attention of this House towards the growing fear and anxiety among the residents of my constituency regarding the non-provision of basic amenities such as water and electricity connections against their EHN/Bifurcated numbers.
Despite completing the required formalities and obtaining EHN/Bifurcated numbers, many families are still deprived of essential services like drinking water and electricity. This has created serious concern and uncertainty among the locals.

The attention of the House is drawn as regards shortage of satff as supervisors, valve operators, labourers etc in the drinking water department. The steps the Government intend to take in this matter.

Attention of the House is drawn as regards shortage of beach cleaning staff at Anjuna- Vagator and Chapora, beaches. The steps the Government intends to take in this regard and the time frame within which the Beach Cleaning staff will be deployed, to ensure that our beaches are garbage free.

 
Fear and anxiety in the minds of locals from the Siolim Constituency as there is a Shortage of staff in the Drinking water department such as Supervisors, Valve Operators, labourers etc. The steps the Government intends to take and the time frame within which the vacant post will be filled.

“Attention of the House is drawn as regards minds of farmers from Siolim-Marna that the existing sluice gate/Manas near St. Anthony Church at Marna, is in a very bad condition. The steps the Government has taken in this regard.
