The Members can also go through it and this is not that it has happened for the first time. When the Hon’ble Member Shri. However, read provisions in Rule – 31 of the Rules of the Procedure, the Private Members’ Business shall be taken up on every Friday and shall have the precedence over the Official Business unless the Speaker otherwise directs and thus implicit in the Rule is a facility for listing the Official Business on the day earmarked for the Private Members’ Business and the question is about the priority.
