“This House unanimously resolves and  recommends  the Government to formulate a Comprehensive Goa State Artificial Intelligence and Deep-Tech Policy, with adequate budgetary allocation for Semiconductor ecosystem development, Artificial Intelligence curriculum in Schools with skill programmes, incentives for Goan Artificial Intelligence Start-ups, sectoral Artificial Intelligence integration in Healthcare, Agriculture, Tourism, delivery of public services and creation of Artificial Intelligence employment opportunities for Goan youth, to ensure that Goa emerges as India’s leading Artificial Intelligence hub.”

“This House unanimously resolves the Government that self-defence training classes by qualified trainers should be introduced for female students at the grassroot level, tailored to fit into School and College curriculum within the NCERT/SCERT and within NEP framework so that the goal of women empowerment will be achieved.”

“This House unanimously resolves and recommends the Government to establish  a fully-equipped Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) and a General Surgery Department in District and Sub-District Hospitals across the State, with provision of essential infrastructure, modern diagnostic and surgical equipments, specialist doctors, trained nurses, paramedical staff, ambulances, referral support systems and tele-medicine linkages, so as to decentralise Secondary and Tertiary healthcare services, thus reducing patient load and waiting at the Goa Medical College and ensure timely emergency and elective Cardiac and Surgical care closer to the patients home and improve the overall access to quality Public healthcare in Goa.”
