Private Member Resolution

S/SHRI VISHWAJIT RANE, ALEIXO REGINALDO LOURENCO, MLAs AND SHRI PRATAPSINGH RANE, LEADER OF OPPOSITION moved the following:
“This House unanimously resolves and recommends the Government to start a special bus service only for Women during the rush hours from 6 Margao, Panaji, Vasco and Ponda in the morning session from the rural areas and in the evening session from the above mentioned cities.”

GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

SHRI VISHWAJEET RANE, Minister for Health moved the following:
 
“This House resolves that the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Bill, 2007 be passed by the Parliament which shall be extended to all the States in India and empower the Parliament to regulate and enact the law in the above matter.”
The Resolution  was adopted unanimously.

S/SHRI VISHWAJIT RANE, NARESH SAWAL & DR. PRAMOD SAWANT, MLAs called the attention of the Minister for Forest to the following:

“Fear and apprehension in the minds of the farmers of Sattari Bicholim and Pernem regarding destruction of agricultural fields  and crops by  the  wild animals such as wild buffaloes, bisons and boars and  thus  causing  heavy losses  to  the  farmers. Steps the  Government  intends to  take  to  protect agricultural activities from wild life.”

v. the pre-requisite of the designation of the professor
vi. the rules and regulation for the Head of the Department appointments
vii. the number of honorary professors who also hold the Head of the Department charge
viii. the duties and responsibilities and rights of the honorary consultants;
ix. the number of surgeries conducted by each honorary consultants in each department
x. the number of post graduate teaching hours that have been contributed by each honorary consultant
