*WILL the Minister for Home be pleased to state: 

(a) the total area of the State; 
(b) distinguish the area under Enemy Property as on date; 
(c) the control of Government on these land holdings by different entities; 
(d) whether the Government has carried out any survey of Enemy Properties; if so, the details thereof; 
(e) if not, whether the Government has any plans to initiate survey for identifying the lands; 
(f) whether the Government is aware of the fact that many Goans  have bought land/are in legal possession of land and flats for residential purpose which have now been identified as Enemy Property; and 
(g) if so, steps the Government intends to take to resolve this issue, with details thereof?

*WILL the Minister for Urban Development be pleased to state: 

(a) the current status of the Sonsoddo garbage dump with regards to treatment of both the legacy waste accumulated over the past many years as well as the waste generated and collected daily with details of the quantities, types of waste generated, inherited, treated, etc.; 
(b) the current status of the installation of bio-methanation plants at Sonsoddo with details of the number and capacity of the plants to be installed; 
(c) the response to the Expression of Interest floated for the installation of the plants with copies of the EoI and the communications received by way of responses to the EoI with  names, addresses and qualification/experience of the agencies/companies that have responded; 
(d) whether the exact location of the proposed bio-methanation plants has been finalized; if so, the details of the area required to set up the plants and the land available for this purpose; 
(e) the technical/technological details of the above project including the various types of technology available; whether any particular technology has been finalised and the procedure by which the technology has been/will be finalised; and 
(f) the financial details of the above work including estimated cost, means of raising finance, methodology of operation of the plants, etc.? 

*WILL the Minister for Social Welfare be pleased to state: 

(a) the details of the percentage of Bhandari Samaj population in the State in terms of numbers and in terms of percentage viz. a viz. total population of the State as on date; 
(b) the details of Bhandari Samaj population as compared to the total OBC population in the State and the percentage of Bhandari Samaj within the OBC category; 
(c) the details of the number and percentage of Bhandari Samaj employees in State Government, Semi Government, Government Corporation, Government Companies and other institutions affiliated to the Government; 
(d) the details of State Government employees belonging to Bhandari Samaj community in the State Government, Semi Government, Government Corporation, Government Companies and other institutions affiliated to the Government as compared to the total number of OBC employees; and  
(e) the details of the efforts the Government is taking to increase the percentage of Bhandari Samaj employees in the Government sector? 

1A *WILL the Minister for Industries, Trade & Commerce be pleased to state: 

(a) the present status of the coal block allotted to the State of Goa; furnish details; 
(b) the current and future financial implication with respect to allotment of the current coal block along with the amount sanctioned, amount spent and amount required as on date; furnish details; 
(c) whether any white paper is issued with respect to coal allotment to Goa; furnish details; 
(d) furnish copies of all agreements / MOUs/Legal documents singed with  ‘aXYKno capital Services Ltd.’ along with the tender copies, work order copies, list of bidders who participated in the tender, scope of work, bills raised, bills pending and bills cleared as on date;  
(e) whether the Government has taken initiatives to finalize Mine Developer and Operator (MDO) till date; if so, furnish details; if not, reasons thereof ;  
(f) whether the Government has sought additional time from the Union Coal Ministry to appoint a Mine developer-cum-operator and/or to pay the performance guarantee for the coal block. If so, state the response of the Ministry and the steps the Goa Government has taken to comply; and 
(g) whether the Goa Government is aware of the recent call by the UN Secretary-General to cancel all planned coal projects around the world “to end the ‘deadly addiction’ to the most polluting fossil fuel”, the steps the Goa Government intend taking in this aspect? 

 

*WILL the Minister for Public Health be pleased to state: 

(a) whether there was a proposal to set up a state-of-the-art food-testing laboratory at the SGPDA Retail Market in Goa by the Centre’s Export Inspection Agency (EIA) and Quality Council of India(QCI); 
(b) furnish details such as date on which the project was inaugurated, name of the dignitaries, who inaugurated the laboratory, reason for setting up the laboratory, etc.; 
(c) furnish details of the intention behind setting up this laboratory; 
(d) furnish details of the status of the project; 
(e) whether any communication has been received by the Government from the South Goa Planning Development and Authority with regard to setting up state-of –the –art food-testing laboratory from 2018 till date, furnish all such copies; and 
(f) whether the Government and /or SGPDA has decided to scrap the project, furnish details thereof?
