“Fear and anxiety in the minds of contract workers in the power department that they would lose an opportunity to get regularized as department has been continuously going ahead with new recruitments. These contract workers have been working for almost 12 years and have given their best of their lives to the department in services of the people of Goa. Many of the contract workers belong from ST community and are totally dependent on job for their livelihood , a relaxation in minimum age recruitment may be considered as an one time measure and be made permanent in the department. steps the Government intend to take in this regards.”

Commonwealth
Championships. At this International event, the Goan team won 3 gold,
3 silver and 2 bronze medals. Players being Shri Aman Kumar, Smt.
Angela Naik, Smt. Elizabeth Luis who won Gold. Smt. Tanvi Nadkarni,
Shri Sagar Palconda, Shri Carlos Lawrenco who won Silver and Shri
Dinku Singh, Shri P.Anand who won Bronze. We wish the Taekwando
Association of Goa attains further heights and brings further laurels to

Fear and anxiety in the minds of the parents of youth who have died in the road accidents in the State of Goa. Whilst the Hon\'ble Minister of Transport has given an assurance during Budget Demands that the period to submit compensation claim forms would be extended to one year. Unfortunately after this assurance on the floor of the house, claimants are receiving letters informing them that their compensation claims application are rejected.

(b) whether the local fishing communities were taken into confidence while permitting the floating jetties; furnish copies of minutes of meetings and correspondence with local fishing communities;
(c) the details of traffic on each of the floating jetties;
(d) whether floating jetties were set up in adherence to guidelines for floating jetty (File No. M-25021/20/2020-SM dt. 3/2/2021) by Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (Sagarmala Cell); and
(e) if so, for every floating jetty, furnish copies of all reports under said guidelines including survey reports (grid / datum/ hydrographic), Geotechnical parameters, Wind Hydrodynamics and Sediment Movement Assessment, dimensions criteria compliance report and loading and stability compliance report?
