*WILL the Minister for Forests be pleased to state: 

(a) the number of Committees and details of the Committees formed to identify Private Forests in Goa and the criteria to identify Private Forests; 
(b) the details of number of Committee’s formed to review the work of Private Forest with the notification of Government and directions issued to Committees vide notifications; 
(c) whether the Government has accepted the reports of the review committee, if so, details thereof, if not, reasons therefor;
(d) whether the Committees have carried out the review work as per the notification, if so, details thereof, if not, the reasons therefor; 
(e) whether ground verification has been carried out by sub-committee in all survey numbers mentioned in the reports uploaded by present review committee on the website, if so, details thereof, if not, the reason for not doing the same; and 
(f) the strategy followed by the committee in sample plot enumeration and what basis it’s done with details thereof? 
 

*WILL the Minister for Sports & Youth Affairs be pleased to state: 
(a) the details of all visits to sports facilities by the inspection team led by the Minister since 1st April 2022 till date, observations by the team at each site, details of issues observed at each site and the action taken to rectify each issue; 
(b) the details of all SAG sports facilities across Goa, amount charged to local clubs for using the facilities for half and full day along with copies of notification for said charges; 
(c) the details of all issues/faults with SAG swimming pools across Goa and steps taken to fix the issues; 
(d) the details of all sports complexes across Goa which are lacking basic facilities such as electricity, toilets, sports equipment; and 
(e)  copies of complaints received from Panchayats/Municipalities/NGO/Sports Clubs/Individuals since 2019 till date along with action taken report for each complaints ? 
 

*WILL the  Minister for Town and Country Planning be pleased to state: 

(a) whether the Government is aware of revenue a leakage due to under reporting of Sopo collection from SGPDA fairs, wholesale fish market and retail markets from 1st August 2019 till date, if so, details thereof; 
(b) the details of tenders floated for appointment of Sopo Contractor/Sopo Collector along with work order, correspondence, file notings from 1st August 2019 till date; 
(c) whether the staff of SGPDA have received threats after SGPDA took over sopo collection from private sopo contractors, if so, details thereof; 
(d) whether the Government will take any action against sopo collector and others involved in syphoning off sopo collection revenue; and 
(e) the month-wise details of amount paid/deposited by Sopo Contractor since 1st August 2019 till date ? 
 

*WILL the Minister for Finance   be pleased to state: 

(a)  the status of the Atal Setu Project as on date along with the details of the works completed and works pending as on date with the reasons for pendency; 
(b) the details of the Contractors and Consultants appointed for the project along with their names, addresses, copies of work order, work order amount, tender details, list of participants, bills raised, bills cleared and bills pending as on date; 
(c) the details of the estimated cost of the project, sanctioned cost of project, revised cost of project and final cost of the project as on date; 
(d) the  details of the Central Governments contribution in the project, State Government’s contribution along with details of all loans/borrowings availed for completion of the project, the interest paid and current repayment status; and 
(e) the details of accidents that have occurred on Atal Setu Bridge and whether the said accidents were caused due to faults and hazards of the bridge? 

 

*WILL the Minister for Ports be pleased to state: 

(a) the number and details of all floating jetties proposed in the State from 01/04/ 2015 and  copies of applications, orders, permissions, cost of each jetty, source of funds for construction of jetty and file notings for setting up the floating jetties; 
(b) whether the local fishing communities were taken into confidence while permitting the floating jetties; furnish copies of minutes of meetings and correspondence with local fishing communities; 
(c) the details of traffic on each of the floating jetties; 
(d) whether floating jetties were set up in adherence to guidelines for floating jetty (File No. M-25021/20/2020-SM dt. 3/2/2021) by Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (Sagarmala Cell); and 
(e) if so, for every floating jetty, furnish copies of all reports under said guidelines including survey reports (grid / datum/ hydrographic), Geotechnical parameters, Wind Hydrodynamics and Sediment Movement Assessment, dimensions criteria compliance report and loading and stability compliance report?
