Ltd. by the Sancoale Communidade for setting up of fertilizer plant and to utilize it for much needed housing needs of economically weaker sections in Cortalim Constituency and other purposes.”

(a) whether the Government is aware of the fact that the fields in Cortalim Constituency cannot be cultivated for last 2 to 3 years as the paddy fields have gone marshy & soft and the machinery is sinking in the land;
(b) if so, the steps Government intends to take to prevent the sinking of the farming machinery;
(c) whether the Government will depute technical experts to study the problem and thereby initiate remedies, if so, the date by when it will be done; and
(d) whether the problem will be solved before the oncoming monsoons to enable the farmers to cultivate their fields?
