*Will the Minister for Revenue be pleased to state:

a. the details of number of mundkars cases which are on board or pending for the reason of the approach road at various Mamlatdar offices in the state.
b. the details of provision made by the Government to help mundkars where the problems of approach roads become the major difficulty.

c. whether the Government will bring any amendment  to help the public in this regard?

*Will the Minister for Revenue be pleased to state;

a) the details about the term\' of ‘Court Receiver’:
b) the details about the Village Ozarim Pernem which comes under the above Court Receiver, due to which the locals find it difficult to perform any land related activity such as repair or construction of a house; and

c) the steps to resolve the same?

*Will the minister for Revenue be pleased to state; 
a. the number of both Objectionable and Non Objectionable mutations that are pending as well as disbursed at Mamlatdar office Pernem from march 2023 till date; 
b. the reason for Pendency in case of Non Objectionable mutations.what is the time frame made by the Government by which such matters have to be disbursed; furnish the details of law provisions which are meant to guide the proceedings of revenue court specially in  the cases of Mutations;
c. the role of mutation officer; and
d. whether there is any mutation officer working at Pernem Revenue court at present; if so, the steps to facilitate mutation  expeditiously?
 

*Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state:

(a) the details of the quantity of water available at the site of the newly constructed pump house at Bailpar  Cansarvernem from various sources such as Kalna River, Tilari Plant and on-going project of Sal Bandara; the details of  
the expected quantity of water through each source and also the minimum quantity of water required for the pump to operate;
(b) the domestic as well as commercial requirement of raw water for Pernem Taluka with details of its utilisation and sites;
(c)  with the upcoming developmental projects in Pernem Taluka, whether the Government foresees in the next 10 years its ability to supply sufficient raw water to both Water Treatment plants so that there will be uninterrupted  
drinking water supply to the Taluka or whether the Government will have to adopt the \'alternate day model\' for daily domestic usage with details thereof; 
(d) whether the Government has made any commitment or agreement for regular supply of raw water to the various commercial projects at  Pernem Taluka; if so the details thereof;
(e) in cases of shortage of raw water at the site of Bailpar Cansarvernem, will the Government give priority to the Water Treatment Plants  for domestic use or  commercial use for various projects with details and reasons therefor;  
and
(f) whether it is binding upon the Government to prioritize the needs of domestic consumers than for Commercial purpose or whether it is decided according to the situation; the details with documents for clarification?
 

*Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state:

(a) the details of any flood bank nallah emerging from MOPA Airport through various openings or outlets towards Village Cansarvernem, Chandel, Tulaskar wadi, Ugave which are identified by the WRD which can be supported by  
constructing protection walls for smooth discharge of water and guided flow; and
(b) the measures taken by the WRD during pre-monsoon preparation to avoid floods due to sudden discharge of water through various above outlets with details?
